One spot included at no cost per unit by permit only.

What happens if something breaks down in the unit?

We have a maintenance technician that is on call 24/7 to fix issues related to each unit.

What deposit do you need?

We require the first and last month along with the utility fee to be paid upon signing. The remaining months will be paid by pre-authorized payments for your convenience.

Are the rooms furnished?

No, the rooms come unfurnished, however all apartment units contain a washer, dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher.

Are utilities included?

Residents pay a utility fee each year that serves to cover the utilities for the year.

How soon should I submit my application?

Please submit your application early, as we compile our wait list in order of applications received.
